Visa Information
U.S., Japanese and nationals of Western European nations are not required to have a visa for tourist travel of less than 30 days; however, all business travelers are required to have a business visa.
In addition to the visa application, the business visa applicant must also provide a recent photograph and a notarized letter from the applicant’s sponsor (employer) indicating the purpose of the trip, financial responsibilities, and intended length of stay.
Visas are obtained from the nearest Consulate General of the Republic of Korea.

Note that there are two Inter-Continental hotels(Grand and COEX) adjacent to COEX, the exhibition area: These three are located directly across from the exposition hall and are accessible by way of an underground corridor. Two hotels are located next to the City Air Terminal, where guests can take a shuttle directly to and from Incheon Airport. Refer to the reservation form located in Section 9 “Order Forms.”
Novotel and Ibis hotel is taxi ride from COEX.
We encourage exhibitors to make hotel reservations well in advance.

SEMI has reserved sufficient number of rooms at hotels near the show venue for special rates. It is recommended that you make your hotel reservations at the earliest convenience. Requests received are subject to the availability and at the discretion of the hotel. Please make note of each hotel’s regulations.
