Jeong-Ho Yeo

Jeong-Ho Yeo Ph. D, has been product marketing of patterning control division at Applied Materials since 2019. Prior to joining AMAT, Dr. Yeo was managing advanced packaging team at Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. and advanced lithography group which is leading the development of EUV, immersion lithography and metrology solution for lithography at Samsung Semiconductor R&D center. Prior to joining Samsung, Dr. Yeo had nearly a decade experience in AMAT PDC on inspection and metrology.

Dr. Yeo received MS and PhD degrees in physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 1990 and 1994, respectively.
