OIK KWON

Professor OIK Kwon has held a position as a process researcher at Samsung Electronics since 1996, where he has been responsible for the development of DRAM dry etching processes, 3D NAND dry etching processes, and new memory process technologies. Since 2022, he has been teaching plasma science and dry etching processes at the Samsung Institute of Technology (SSIT).
