Celina Lee
System Engineer, KLA
Hyewon Lee has been a system engineer at KLA for three years, responsible for conducting research and developing innovative systems for next-generation optical metrology of semiconductor devices. She works on diverse problems that require analyzing data and evaluating multiple factors, and she demonstrates tools with a high level of technical expertise to support field escalations.
Before joining KLA, Lee worked as an optical engineer at a laser repair company in the display field. During her three years at Charm Engineering, she developed a 3D vision system using structured light and vision cameras and worked on creating a new optical module that enables higher magnification without changing the working distance for metal ink repair processes.
Lee received a Master of Physics from Pusan National University in Pusan, Korea, where she conducted research on hybrid functional calculations of perovskites for TCO materials using VASP and Crystal09.
