Moonkyong Na joined Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI) in 2005. She has developed the non-destructive analysis to evaluate the wide-band gap semiconductor materials to apply for power devices at power semiconductor research division from 2010.
She is currently the technical leader for defect analysis of semiconductor materials in Advanced Semiconductor Research Center of KERI.
