Frank Wischmeyer

Frank Wischmeyer has been with AIXTRON for 25 years, joining the MOCVD equipment maker in 1999 as product manager. He has also served as managing director of AIXTRON’s Swedish subsidiary responsible for developing and marketing SiC material growth equipment. He started his current post as Vice President SiC and Power Electronics in 2014. 
Before joining AIXTRON, Wischmeyer was at the Daimler Benz Research Center in Frankfurt a.M., Germany, and earned his doctorate in Engineering from Darmstadt University, Germany. He holds a diploma degree in Physics from University of Osnabrueck, Germany.
