Younghee Lee

Younghee Lee, Ph.D., is a Senior Engineering Manager in the Office of the CTO at Lam Research. He works on solving challenges in selective etching, selective deposition, and EUV patterning. Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, focusing on atomic layer etching and atomic layer deposition, from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He also holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Chemistry from Seoul National University.
