Jinyoung Bang

”Bang” received a Ph.D degree in plasma field from Hanyang university, Seoul, Korea. His research topics were characteristics of plasma sources (low frequency ferrite ICP) and plasma diagnostics (harmonics analysis). Currently he has been a project leader in the “Flash Process Development Team” at Samsung electronics since 2023, developing next-generation flash devices. After joining Samsung Electronics, he had worked as an etch process engineer for 12 years, gaining diverse field experiences in both memory etch technology team and flash process development team.
