Inhee Lee

Dr. Inhee Lee is the Program Director for Active Memory at imec in Belgium, with nearly 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. At imec, he leads global collaborations to innovate memory technologies that drive advancements in AI, automotive, and future energy applications.
Previously, Dr. Lee served as Senior Director of DRAM Development at SK hynix, where he led the development of 1b technology node DRAM and HBM3E. He also oversaw R&D for next-generation DRAM and NAND technologies and played a pivotal role in shaping the future memory technology roadmap.
Before joining SK hynix, Dr. Lee worked at Samsung, Intel, and GlobalFoundries, where he contributed to the development of 14nm, 22nm, and 28nm technology nodes, including advanced packaging processes such as TSV, bump, and FBGA.
Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, USA, providing a strong foundation for his innovative contributions to semiconductor technology.
