Harm van Leeuwen

Harm received his BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Institute of Technology in Eindhoven in 1991. He has held various engineering and product management roles at Philips EMT, specializing in the design and manufacturing of pick-and-place equipment. After four years in sales management in Asia, Harm was promoted to Managing Director of the European Sales and Service Organization at Assembleon (formerly Philips EMT). In 2009, he joined TNO as Director of Marketing and Sales for semiconductor equipment. At TNO, he initiated business operations in South Korea in 2010. Currently, he focuses on semiconductor metrology, EUV reticle and pellicle research / material qualification, and contamination control for semiconductor equipment and manufacturing.
