Yong Sung Kim

With a Ph.D. in civil and environmental engineering, Yong Sung Kim is an energy and infrastructure specialist with more than fifteen years of experience in manufacturing and finance industries. At SK hynix, he currently leads the Clean Energy team in charge of policy formulation, procurement, and investment for low carbon energy. Before joining SK hynix, Yong Sung held specialist positions at the Korea EXIM of Korea and Korea Development Bank, focusing on project finance and concessional ODA loans for various infrastructure developments including utility scale wind/solar power plants, RO desalination plants, and wastewater treatment plants.
