Shlomit Katz

Shlomit Katz, Ms., is an Application Development Engineer at KLA company since 2018. She is working closely with many Semiconductor manufacturers from different segments (Logic, DRAM, NAND) responsible for customer demos, project engagements, technical support and training development. In addition, Katz is an author of multiple papers in the semiconductors industry

Prior to joining KLA Company, Katz was an Optical Design Engineer at Holo/Or company for 2 years, responsible for the development of Diffractive Optical Elements, application engineering work with customers and conducting technical workshops in the field of Diffractive Optics.

Katz received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Open University, Tel Aviv, Israel, and a Bachelor’s degree in Optical Systems Engineering from Ort Braude College, Karmiel, Israel. Katz is now a part of the Open University’s Alumni Strategic-Club and a committee member for KLA’s global “Women in STEM” program.
