Jason Stowers

Principal Engineer, Inpria Corporation

Jason K. Stowers, Ph.D., has been with Inpria since 2009 and joined as a founding team member. In his current position he is responsible for application engineering and technical communications with Inpria’s customers. Dr. Stowers has also managed Inpria’s key industry and academic partnerships in patternable metal-oxide based materials. During that time, he completed a wide range of projects with universities, national labs, industry consortiums, and semiconductor manufacturers.

Dr. Stowers received a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry in 2008 from Oregon State University in Corvallis OR USA. In his graduate work, he was responsible for the invention of novel metal-oxide patternable materials. This application would go on to be the nucleus of Inpria’s patterning technology. He also focused on solar voltaic absorber materials during his studies and the deposition of various solution-based metal oxide and chalcogenide materials.
