Claire Kim

Claire Kyung Min Kim, CFA, is a senior equity analyst at Hana Financial Investment, covering Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, SK materials, DB HiTek, Wonik IPS, Leeno Industrial, and Tokai Carbon Korea. She joined Hana Financial Investment in 2018. She was ranked #1 in the best semiconductor analyst of the 2020 Maeil Business Newspaper and the 1H/2H20 The Korea Economic Daily.

Before joining Hana Financial Investment, she spent four years at Daishin Securities and KB Securities, respectively, covering the semiconductor and the display sector. She was one of the first Korean IT hardware analysts who started analyzing American and Taiwanese semiconductor companies, which now emerged as an interest of Korean equity investors.

She graduated from Ewha Womans University in Seoul with a B.A. in English language and literature and an MBA from Korea University. She was the semi-finalist for Mai Bangkok Venture Business Challenge in Thailand in 2009.
