Seon Yong Cha

The Head of DRAM Development/ Executive Vice President, SK hynix

EVP Seon Yong Cha has joined SK hynix since 1995 with Ph.D. program of E.E. at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea. For 26 years, he has been contributing a lot in the development of the semiconductor memory technology and publishing many patents/papers related to the key technologies. To honor his contributions, South Korea Ministry of Science and Technology awarded him a prize for “Minister of Science and Technology Promotion Award” at 2013. Currently he is in charge of DRAM Development at SK hynix to be the best-in-class level.
