Bok-Hee Lee

Bok Hee is Korea Representative Director, DuPont Electronics & Industrial.

Bok Hee joined Dow in 2001 as Quality Control Manager and has held numerous roles within the organization including Manufacturing Leader and Product Engineering Manager. In her capacity, she managed multiple new product transfer projects to Korea. In 2007, she relocated to Marlborough, U.S. as Raw Material Engineering Manager where she transferred the raw material engineering function to Asia. After returning to Korea in 2009, she focused on global raw material engineering. With this role, she developed a set of alternative vendors which led to a significant achievement in quality improvement and cost savings. From 2011, she started the Development Engineering function in Korea and took a site leader role for DuPont Korea Technology Center (KTC) from 2013. From 2016, she changed her career path to commercial in Display Technologies and demonstrated her ability with multiple business wins, contributing to the health of Display Materials Business. From 2020, she worked as Growth Leader of Industrial Solutions and took a Korea CMP Business Leader role from September this year.

Prior to joining Dow, she worked for Samsung Chemicals for 7.5 years in R&D area.

Bok Hee received a B.S. in chemistry from Pusan National University. She earned her M.S. from KAIST and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ajou University in Korea.
