Mark Najarian

Mark Najarian M.S. has been in the semiconductor industry for ~20 years. In 2022 Najarian joined the Fab Solutions Group at ThermoFisherScientific as the Next Gen Product Marketing Manager to develop in-line SEM/FIB metrology meeting the challenges of recent technology inflections, enabling faster time to precise actionable data, in the fab,from nanometers to hundreds of microns.

Najarian joined FEI in 2012 as a Field Applications Engineer before serving as Metrology Team Lead for Applications Development in 2016 after ThermoFisherScientific acquired FEI.

Mark Najarian earned a B.S in Chemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003 and M.S. in Nanoscale Materials Science & Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. He has been granted several patents enabling advances in 3D SEM metrology & is a contributing author for research featured in Nature and Advanced Materials publications and is active within the global semiconductor metrology community.
