Qingpeng Wang

Wang Qingpeng, Ph.D. has been technologist position at Coventor, Inc., A Lam Research Company for 3 years for semiconductor virtual fabrication technical support for customers all over mainland China..

Prior to joining Coventor, Wang was staff engineer of process integration for Semiconductor Manufactory International Cooperation. During his 4 years at SMIC, Wang spent time doing FinFET FEOL process development and yield enhancement.

Wang received a doctoral degree in microelectronics from Tokushima University, Tokushima, Japan and another doctoral degree in microelectronics from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, Liaoning, China. Wang has published more than 30 technical papers in the area of wide bandgap semiconductor fabrication, FinFET fabrication and semiconductor virtual fabrication.
