Guanyang Lin

Guanyang Lin, PhD, started his career in electronic material R&D in 2001 and joined AZ Electronic Materials, now Merck, in 2003.  Dr. Lin has experiences as a research scientist, product development project manager, R&D program director and global technology head for developments of a wide range of patterning materials and processes such as photoresists, antireflective coatings, hard masks, clean processing solutions and directed self-assembly materials. Lin is currently the business technology manager (BTM) of patterning R&D and hold responsibility for creation and development of a sustainable technology and product portfolio in support of patterning business strategy and growth at Merck.
