Byounghoon Seung

Byounghoon Seung, has been EVP at S&STECH since 2021 with EUV Pellicle & Blankmask development, IC business. Prior to joining S&STECH, Seung was the principal engineer at Samsung semiconductor R&D center for 16 years. During his 16 years at Samsung, Seung spent time doing in development of patterning process, new materials for photomask.
