Seung Wook Ryu

Ryu, Seung Wook, Ph.D. has been affiliated in SK hynix since 2015 as a process engineer and currently leads to the deposition process for the new platform device. Dr. Ryu has also carried out a program committee in International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition since 2019.

Prior to joining SK hynix, he was a Senior Engineer for SAMSUNG SDI. During his 2 and half years at SAMSUNG SDI, he spent time developing ALD equipment and process for Engergy Application.

Dr.Ryu joined Y. Nishi’s Group of Stanford University EE, Stanford, CA, United States as a postdoctoral fellow for the research on “resistive switching memory”in 2010 September after receiving a Ph.D degree in Material Science and Engineering (MSE) from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 2010 Feburary and being affilated in Seoul National University MSE as a postdoctoral research for 6 months.
