Meihua Shen

Meihua Shen is a Managing Director at Lam Research Corporation, responsible for Application Development in Integrated Technologies Systems Group.  She re-joined Lam Research in 2013 and led a process team in new application development in leading edge emerging technology.

Prior to joining Lam, she was a Senior Director in conductor etch at Applied Materials from 1998 to 2013.  From 1993 to 1998, Meihua worked at Lam as a Member of technical staff in conductor etch group.  Meihua holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Physics from University of Rochester, Rochester, NY.
