Chan Min Lee
Principal Engineer, Samsung Electronics
Chanmin Lee, Ph.D. has been a research engineer at the Semiconductor R&D center in Samsung Electronics for 13 years with responsibility of the etch process development for DRAM devices. In 2017, Lee worked on a joint project in EECS at UC Berkeley to develop next-generation semiconductor devices.
Lee received a M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Department of Nuclear Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea. His work mainly focuses on various plasma etch processing.
