Sangheon Song

“Sang-Heon Song”, Ph.D. has been Principal Engineer at SK Hynix since 2019 with plasma and fluid modeling that include chamber and feature scale simulation.

Prior to joining SK Hynix, Song was Staff Engineer for Lam research. During his 4 years at Lam research, Song spent time doing plasma and fluid modeling.

Song received a Doctoral degree in plasma modeling from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA and a Master/Bachelor degree in nuclear engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea.
