Sanha Kim
Assistant Professor, KAIST (invited)
Sanha Kim is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) since 2018. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University, and obtained his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also worked as a Postdoctoral Associate and a Research Scientist in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity at MIT. His focused research areas include chemical-mechanical polishing, contact mechanics & tribology, carbon nanomaterials synthesis, 2D and 3D printing technologies, and digital manipulation of micro and nano materials.
