Eunseok Oh

“Eunseok Oh”, Ph.D. has been material development position at SK hynix company since 2019 with responsibility cleaning material development. In particular, he is mainly responsible for the development and mechanism research of various high-selectivity chemicals used in future devices.

”Eunseok” received a Ph.D degree in chemical engineering field from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. During his Ph.D, he studied surface reactions between semiconductors or photoresists and chemicals. He also studied how to use superheated water to clean or etch semiconductor materials.
