Wonjun Lee has been Cleaning Process Engineer at SAMSUNG ELECTORICS since 1999 with responsible for developing particle cleaning, Etch Post Cleaning and metal contamination cleaning.

Lee is currently principal cleaning engineer with responsible for developing advanced cleaning process for PRAM Memory

Lee received a Master degree in Metallurgical Engineering from HANYANG Univ., Seoul, Korea
