Debra Deininger

Debra Deininger has been CRO at N5 Sensors since 2021 with responsibility for growing the commercial operations of this exciting sensor start-up. Deininger is focused on marketing and sales, product definition and product management and development of strategic partnerships to grow the business.

Prior to joining N5, Deininger was Director of Industrial Sensing for Renesas Electronics Corporation and Integrated Device Technology (IDT). During her 5 years IDT and Renesas, Deininger led the development of the gas sensor business resulting in the release of three sensor platforms with multiple detection capabilities enabled via firmware. Worldwide sensor sales have enabled a new generation of products offering consumer and industrial markets the opportunity to understand and quantify air quality.

Deininger received a M.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado, USA and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, USA. Deininger has long been interested in understanding the interface of nanostructured materials and detection of gases, and the application of these materials to novel products that can protect health and safety.
