Aviram Tam

Aviram Tam, M.Sc., is Head of Patterning Control Product Marketing at Applied Materials, with over 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry. Mr. Tam is responsible for the definition and development of Applied’s eBeam metrology solutions and roadmap. He joined Applied Materials in 1998 and since then has held various R&D positions in SW and Algorithm for the CDSEM and DRSEM products, followed by project management and marketing of the Mask Inspection product and the eBeam metrology.

Mr. Tam holds a BSc. degree in Electrical Engineering and an MSc. in Business Management and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
