Ardavan Niroomad

Ardavan has been at IMEC since November 2020 as a program director for advance patterning center, responsible for bilateral projects with ASML at IMEC

Prior to joining IMEC, Niroomand was at Micron Technology for over 30 years holding various positions, including leading the strategic patterning R&D team where he was responsible for developing first HVM SADP process for NAND Flash and multi patterning DRAM. He also worked on EUV Lithography at IMEC As an assignee from Micron

Niroomand holds a degree in Chemistry and Chemical engineering from Pittsburg State University and Texas A&M university in United States. He also holds over 18 international patents in various areas of process development and patterning.
