Joon-Geun Ha

Joon-Geun Ha is a Senior Engineer at SK hynix. He joined the Photolithography department in SK Hynix’s R&D Center in 2017 after receiving B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 2008, 2010 and 2017, respectively.

He has been involved with developing applications of EUV scanner for imaging/overlay performance improvement. Recently, He has primarily focused on EUV overlay related to the scanner, reticles and tool to tool matching.
