YoungGwang Yoon

Younggwang Yoon is the senior engineer of Peri Device in SK Hynix.

He received his Ph. D in electronic and electrical engineering from KAIST IN 2015 and started his carrier in SK Hynix.

He has been worked as a device engineer in DRAM industry for Peri/Core transistor development and engaged in element technical projects for Peri/Core transistors.

From 2019 to 2021, he has been worked in imec as a SK Hynix assignee for advanced technology for DRAM application.

He is now working on Peri/Core Transistor in DRAM R&D division in SK Hynix for advanced HKMG and high performance application.
