Kyung Yup Jeon
Mr./ Project Leader of SF3 processes, Samsung Electronics
“Kyung Yub Jeon” has been Principal Engineer at Samsung Electronics Company for 19 years (since 2004) with responsibility of Dry Etch Engineer in the Process Development Team, Semiconductor R&D Center. Currently, “Jeon” is in charge of transferring SF3 Device to Foundry Manufacturing Technology Center as the Project Leader of SF3 processes, and has been Representative of the Samsung Plasma Expert Community (SPEC) since 2022.
“Jeon” obtained the M.S in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 and has been the Ph.D candidate in Material Engineering since 2013, both from the Seoul National University, Korea.
