Hyeong Il Jeon

HyeongIl Jeon joined Amkor in 2000 and is currently serving as Senior Director, Advanced Mainstream Development Project Leader at Amkor Global R&D Center. He has served in various R&D related positions for 22 years at Amkor Technology Korea with a focus on MLF® (QFN), memory card and CSP. He has also served with the process engineering group assembling MLF® packaging and worked for 3 years at Amkor Malaysia supporting Discrete and Power QFN products and Amkor Malaysia Design setup. He has contributed as a leader to develop fan-out for Advanced leadframe products at Amkor’s Global R&D Center. He holds a BA degree in a Mechanical Design and Engineering from KonKuk University in South Korea.
