Gyoung Jin Min
Technical Marketing in CTO / Director, Lam Research
Gyungjin Min, Director has been in CTO group at LAM research since 2016 with responsibility for developing of specialty devices like CIS and power devices and next-generation devices like MRAM and PRAM. In his current capacity, Mr. Min is responsible for doing technical marketing to analyze semiconductor technology and semiconductor business trends.
Prior to joining LAM research, Mr. Min was in R&D center for Samsung Electronics Semiconductor. During his 27 years at Samsung, Mr. Min spent time doing responsibility for developing dry etching processes and equipment in relation to DRAM, NAND, Logic, and new memory devices (MRAM, FRAM, PRAM, CIS) including HARC (High Aspect Ratio Contact) technology, Multi-patterning technology, and TSV (Through Silicon Via) technology. Mr. Min also developed APC/AEC and device Integration for complete process development.
Mr. Min received a Masters degree in Materials Engineering from KAIST in Daejeon, Korea. He has published many papers and applied for patents related to dry etching.
