Jaehyeon Kim

Jaehyeon Kim, Ph. D. has been affiliated in the Revolutionary Technology Center at SK hynix since 2021 as a process engineer developing stackable new channel materials for the new DRAM application.

Prior to joining SK hynix, Kim was senior research engineer in Platform Technology Research Center at LG Display. During his 4 years at LG Display, Kim spent time developing transparent display for automotive and mobile application.

Kim received a Ph.D degree in EEWS from KAIST in 2017, Daejeon, Korea. Research topic is energy coupling across two-dimensional material interfaces.
