Jae Yong Park

Dr. Park is the VP of Technology in Samsung Electronics' Mechatrnonic Research Division. He leads Fab wide data analytics and ML/AI solution team to develop advanced analytic solutions for process & tool control with more than 20 years' experience as a data scientist and process control expert based in US and Asia.

Prior to joining Samsung Electronics, Dr. Park served various positions including engagement director and product manager for PDF Solutions, Inc and KLA in US. Dr. Park received a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Seoul National University.
