Benjamin Eynon

Benjamin (Ben) Eynon has worked 35 years in the semiconductor industry, over 20 of which at the executive level in the areas of R&D engineering, high volume manufacturing, marketing, and new business development. He is a Senior Member of SPIE, holds four international patents, 38 publications, and published a book entitled, Photomask Fabrication Technology, which has become the photomask industry’s principal handbook. Ben recently joined Lam Research and is currently leading Marketing for its Dry Resist Business and Technology.
