Lynelle McKay

Lynelle McKay serves as a Senior Relationship Director in the CHIPS Program Office at the Department of Commerce. She was a senior executive at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. (now NXP Semiconductors) rising from electrical engineer to SVP & GM of the Networking and Multimedia Group responsible for global strategy, marketing, and engineering. She had a strong record of success during her 21 years in the semiconductor industry leading $1bn+ businesses including the Power Architecture embedded communication and application processors for diverse enterprise markets, and high-power RF for wireless infrastructure. Lynelle has come out of retirement to serve her country in this once-in-a-generation opportunity to revitalize the U.S. semiconductor industry.
