Fernando Garcia

Fernando is a Senior Vice President and Team Lead International Trade and Investment with the Arizona Commerce Authority where he has maintained a project portfolio in the semiconductor, automotive, battery, and advanced manufacturing industries.

His focus is to grow and strengthen Arizona's economy strategically following a three-pronged approach: attract, expand, and create.  Attract out-of-state companies to establish operations in Arizona; work with existing companies to expand their business in Arizona and beyond; and help entrepreneurs create new Arizona businesses in targeted industries.
