Chen Ming Huang

Jamie Huang joined Soitec in 2021 where he is the Technology Director within the Field Technology Organization. His primary role is to interface with leading edge customers to collaborate on Roadmap inflection needs that are supported by Soitec innovative Material Engineering offerings.  Before joining Soitec, he worked for UMC where he led a R&D team to develop the groundbreaking FinFet process that was successfully deployed to high volume manufacturing.  He began his career at TSMC and held a variety of positions from process engineer to process integration manager which makes him well versed in technology development and leadership.  He was successfully involved in process development and manufacturing for many nodes while working for TSMC. He has 21 patents and is recognized for his accomplishments.
