Prof. Byeong-Ha Park

Byeong Ha Park, Ph.D. has been serving as an Industry-University Collaboration professor at Sogang University since 2018, actively involved in teaching at the graduate school, conducting research, and participating in industry-academic collaboration activities.
Prior to joining Sogang University, Dr. Park served as Senior Vice President at Samsung Electronics. Over his nearly 35-year tenure at Samsung, he focused on the development of system semiconductor products. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, he held the positions of Vice President and Professor at Samsung Institute of Technology.
Dr. Park received his BS degree from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1984 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. His research interests include power management ICs, RFICs, timing clock generators, PLLs, and high-speed interfaces.
