Prof. Takayuki Ohba

Prof. Takayuki Ohba began his professional journey with Fujitsu Limited in 1984 before transitioning to academic positions at the University of Tokyo in 2004 and Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2013. Since 2007, he has been at the forefront of global collaborations, founding the WOW Alliance and spearheading research in three-dimensional integration (3DI) for post-scaling technologies. Prof. Takayuki Ohba earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Communication from Tohoku University in 1995.
