Patrick Huberts

With over 25 years of diverse experience in electronic and semiconductor manufacturing, Patrick Huberts embodies a wealth of industry knowledge. Beginning his career as a process engineer in R&D, he seamlessly transitioned into marketing, eventually excelling as an applications project manager. Since 2010, Patrick has held pivotal positions in Product Management, Business Development, and Sales, primarily within the Advanced Packaging market segment. 
In his current role as Head of Business and Marketing, Patrick guides ASMPT's Laser Dicing and Grooving BU, overseeing business development, product management, and marketing strategies. His educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree in electronics from the University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
