Yoon Jae Nam

Yoon Jae Nam, Ph.D., has been a process and device engineer at SK Hynix since 2014, with expertise in unit process and module integration for DRAM. He has worked on DRAM core product development for 20nm to 10nm devices and is currently working on new module process integration for under 10nm DRAM devices.

Nam received his Ph.D. in nano semiconductor engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2014, and his master's and bachelor's degrees in material science and engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2011 and 2009, respectively. His Ph.D. thesis was on "Negative remanent magnetization and Unipolar magnetization switching."
