Makoto Suzuki

Makoto Suzuki joined Hitachi High-Tech Corp. in 2002 and has engaged in the development of electron optical system for electron beam inspection (EBI) and metrology tool (CD-SEM). In 2009, he earned PhD in Engineering for the study on image formation mechanisms in scanning electron microscopy. He is currently leading the development of SEM-based metrology tools and related technologies.
