Cong Chen

Dr. Cong Chen is a senior R&D engineer at imec. She focuses on metrology and defect inspection for 3D integration. Prior to joining imec, she worked at the University of Tours in France as a post-doctor fellow working on the fabrication and characterization of thermoelectric materials. Following that, she was awarded the Adolf-Martens Fellowship and joined the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing in Germany (BAM) working on non-destructive testing. Cong Chen received her PhD in Materials Science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2015.
