Dr. KyungWon Lee is an Applications Staff Scientist at Axcelis Technologies. He has been in the semiconductor industry for 23 years and has been with Axcelis since 2004. While working at Axcelis, he introduced new technologies and processes through collaboration with advanced device manufacturers. He received the B.S. (2000) in Physics from Inha University, and the M.S. (2009) and Ph.D. (2021) in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from SungKyunKwan University, Korea.
