“Hyocheon Kwon”, Ph.D. has been Apps. Engineer position at KLA+ company for 3 years (or since 2022) with responsibility OCD and responsibility Axion. “Kwon” is acting as a supporter to find an application solution for best tool performance.
Prior to joining KLA+ Company, “Kwon” was Apps. Engineer position for SK Hynix Company. During his 5 years at SK Hynix Company, “Kwon” spent time doing responsibility OCD and responsibility Thickness. I am acting as a leader of metrology for spectroscopic applications as well as application engineer to find out proper metrology solution for various device layers. 
“Kwon” received a Ph.D degree in Science in physics from Korea University, Seoul, Korea. “Kwon” studied “electric and magnetic properties of nano-materials” for 6 years and I published total 16 SCI papers within Superconductor Research Lab.
