Senthilkumar Dhamodharan

Senthilkumar Dhamodharan currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Caliber, where he holds a central role in leading the Test Engineering Division, responsible for overseeing the testing of Digital/Mixed Signal/RF products on ATE/Bench platforms.

He is a proactive advocate for driving the development of intellectual property (IP) to stimulate innovations in silicon testing. Within his role, he shoulders the responsibility of mapping out the strategic direction for Test Engineering, wielding his influence across a wide array of areas, including the adept leadership of teams in Physical Design and DFT.

Senthil takes immense pride in his well-established track record of assembling high-performance testing teams, a formidable force comprising over 200 skilled test engineers. Their primary mission is to consistently deliver outstanding value to clients on a global scale.

He holds a Master's degree from Anna University in VLSI Design and boasts an impressive 17-year tenure working with global technology giants such as Qualcomm, AMD, and NXP. Driven by an authentic passion for technology, he derives immense joy from engaging with individuals and embarking on journeys to explore diverse destinations around the world.
